Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 to 3 days from the date of purchase, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- To cancel, please email us at Reach Us with your order number and cancellation reason.
Refunds
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations may not be accepted.
- If eligible, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable shipping or handling charges.
Returns & Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- We may offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the issue.

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal items), we currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
